• Extruder temperature depending on printing speed and layer thickness: 245°C - 270°C
• Recommended extruder temperature for initial tests: 250°C
• Print bed: approx. 90°C - 115°C for better adhesion and less shrinkage

PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS

• Suitable for direct drive and Bowden extruders
• Printing speed 30-110mm/s depending on nozzle temperature and layer thickness

The first layer should be 0.3 mm thick to compensate for unevenness on the print bed. For better adhesion of the first layer, we also recommend setting the print width to 130%. The blower fan or melt cooling should ideally be set to 0. Additionally, a heated, enclosed build chamber will help.

2. Instructions for handling ABS filament

• Store in a cool, dry placeABS is sensitive to moisture. Store the filament in an airtight container and, if necessary, with a desiccant.
• Protect from UV radiationSunlight can cause the material to age prematurely and become brittle.
• Safe handling during printingDo not touch hot components (e.g. nozzle, heated bed) and avoid contact with moving parts during operation.

3. Special safety instructions

• Child and pet protectionKeep children and animals away from the printing area. Filament remnants or loose parts can be swallowed or pose a risk of injury.
• First aid in case of incidents:Burns: Immediately cool skin with cold water after contact with hot printer parts or molten filament; seek medical help if necessary.fumesIf you experience discomfort or irritation from fumes: leave the room immediately, go outside to fresh air, and seek medical advice if symptoms persist.
