GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
§1 Scope of Application and Definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
(2) A consumer within the meaning of these Terms and Conditions is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot predominantly be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.
§2 Conclusion of Contract, Storage of Contract Text
(1) The following provisions regarding the conclusion of a contract apply to orders placed via our online shop:

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer on our part but is merely a non-binding invitation for the consumer to place an order. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online shop, the following provisions apply:
The consumer submits a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the ordering procedure provided in our online shop.
The order process consists of the following steps:

Selection of the desired goods

Adding the items to the shopping cart

Checking the details in the shopping cart

Clicking the “Checkout” button

Entering personal data (name, address, email address, telephone number)

Selecting the payment method

Final review and confirmation of the entered data

Binding submission of the order
Before submitting the binding order, the consumer may return to the website where payment methods or customer details are entered by using the “Back” button of their internet browser to correct input errors or cancel the order process by closing the browser.
We confirm receipt of the order immediately by an automatically generated email (“Order Confirmation”). With this email, we accept your offer.
§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
(1) All prices are final prices and include the statutory value-added tax (VAT). In addition to the final prices, further costs may arise depending on the shipping method, which will be displayed before the order is submitted. For orders over €50 within Germany (EU €75), no shipping costs are charged. If a right of withdrawal exists and is exercised, the customer bears the costs of returning the goods.
(2) The consumer has the option to pay in advance. In this case, the consumer is obliged to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are generally ready for dispatch within 5–8 days. Custom-made products should be discussed in advance by email or telephone.
(2) In the case of advance payment, the goods will not be shipped before payment has been received.
§5 Retention of Title
We retain ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price has been made.
§6 Contract Language
The contract language available is exclusively German.
