• Tensile modulus 3500MPa
• Diameter 1.75 +/- 0.05mm
• Roundness: +/- 3%
• Extruder temperature depending on printing speed and layer thickness: 195 – 235°C
• Recommended extruder temperature for initial tests: 225°C at 60mm/s
• Print bed: unheated, 60°C recommended for large-area projects

PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS

• Suitable for direct drive and Bowden extruders
• Printing speed 30-200 mm/s depending on nozzle temperature and layer thickness

The first layer should be 0.3mm thick to compensate for unevenness in the print bed. The first layer should be printed at 130% print width to improve adhesion.

Setting the blower fan to 100% after the first layer helps to cool the melt quickly enough on overhangs.
