Description

Secure our high-quality filament remnants and benefit from maximum material variety! Our remnant spools are not scarce goods, but regular , top-quality products left over at the end of a production cycle or during product range changes. With weights between 500g and 1000g, these spools offer enough material for substantial projects, prototypes, or creative experiments.

Your advantages at a glance:

  • 100% technical reliability: Every spool meets our strict manufacturing standards regarding roundness and diameter tolerance. You receive the usual Bavafil premium quality.
  • Maximum savings: We offer you these remaining stocks at particularly attractive conditions – ideal for cost-effectively and high-quality replenishment of your own material stock.
  • Creative surprise effect: Since the color selection is random, you will receive inspiration for new color combinations that you might not have otherwise thought of.
  • Perfect for testing purposes: Use these spools for calibration prints, stress tests, or complex prototypes where color is secondary.

Availability & Variety:

Our remaining spools come from our entire product range. Depending on stock availability, you can receive spools made from the following material groups:

  • PLA: The uncomplicated classic for design and model making.
  • PET-G: Robust, temperature-resistant and versatile.
  • ASA / ABS: For technical components subjected to high mechanical or thermal stress.
  • Special compounds: Occasionally, exotic or reinforced filaments can also be found in our remaining stock.

Product details :

  • Weight: Variable fill quantities between 500g and 1000g net filament.
  • Color selection: Random (surprise principle).
  • Condition: Brand new, vacuum-packed with desiccant.
  • Compatibility: All spools are wound to work seamlessly on standard holders and in common printing systems (including AMS ).

Our tip for makers: The remaining spools are ideal for multi-colored prints or as an inexpensive material for large-volume infill structures in projects that will later be post-processed or painted.

SPECIFICATION

  • Filament on spool, vacuum packed
  • Net weight: min. 500g
  • Diameter: 1.75mm +/- 0.05mm
  • Roundness: +/-3%
  • Extruder temperature depending on printing speed, layer thickness and material type: 220°C - 280°C
  • Print bed: approx. 30°C - 115°C for better adhesion and less shrinkage

PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Suitable for direct drive and Bowden extruders
  • Printing speed 30-250mm/s depending on nozzle temperature and layer thickness
