Add a splash of color! Bavafil® PLA Neon combines the familiar ease of use of high-quality PLA with extreme color saturation. The intense, fluorescent pigments ensure exceptional luminosity under UV light (black light), making your prints true highlights.

Why Bavafil® PLA Neon?

Brilliant signal colors: Perfect for creative accents, warning signs, gadgets or decorations that should immediately catch the eye.
Fluorescent effect: The colors shine particularly intensely under UV light – ideal for event decoration or striking design elements.
Excellent printability: Despite its high pigmentation, the filament is as easy to process as standard PLA. It is hardly prone to warping and is therefore ideally suited for large objects.
Robust & Odorless: The material is very break-resistant and impresses with its virtually odorless processing, which makes printing particularly pleasant indoors.
System compatibility: Our coils are AMS compatible . Furthermore, our refills are perfectly matched to common master spools and split coil systems (e.g., Bambu Lab).

Application tip: To achieve maximum luminosity, it is best to print the neon filament with a slightly higher wall thickness or a light infill so that the colors can develop their full depth.

PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS

Suitable for direct drive and Bowden extruders
Printing speed 30-150 mm/s depending on nozzle temperature and layer thickness

The first layer should be 0.3mm thick to compensate for unevenness in the print bed. The first layer should be printed at 130% print width to improve adhesion.

Setting the blower fan to 100% after the first layer helps to cool the melt quickly enough on overhangs.
