Description

Bavafil Repro-PLA is the ideal solution for environmentally conscious makers and industrial users who refuse to compromise on quality. This high-quality recycled bioplastic is processed using a specialized method involving extrusion and ultra-fine melt filtration to guarantee a filament with the highest purity and consistent material properties.

PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS

Printing speed 30-150 mm/s depending on nozzle temperature and layer thickness

The first layer should be 0.3mm thick to compensate for unevenness in the print bed. The first layer should be printed at 130% print width to improve adhesion.

Setting the blower fan to 100% after the first layer helps to cool the melt quickly enough on overhangs.
